Host/ Hostess

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring exceptional service from the moment they arrive.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Seat guests and manage reservations
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Experience:

- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, restaurant, or hotel industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
- Ability to provide excellent guest services and maintain positive guest relations
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
