Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, maintaining records, and updating databases using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Facebook and QuickBooks
- Manage reservations and accurately track table availability
- Coordinate seating to maintain steady service flow
- Communicate effectively with servers and management regarding timing and guest needs
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with composure

- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proven experience in front desk operations or office management roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), QuickBooks, and data entry skills
- Strong clerical experience with attention to detail in proofreading and filing systems
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude
- Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
