Overview
Work with a team that provide a friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Ensure that guests are having the greatest experience, by allocating smartly and provide support to floor team. Work closely with the reception/reservations Manager to monitor guest satisfaction at all time.
Responsibilities
  • Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting, and provide engaging service.
  • Execute daily tasks from the Reception/Reservations manager.
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
  • Assure the well-being of all guests by maintaining a close, friendly, yet discrete contact.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls.
  • Receive and record guests dining reservations.
  • Ensure special handling of repeat guests and VIP s.
  • Be aware of all menus and ongoing promotions by heart in order to recommend if a guest requests.
  • Reassure the guests satisfaction upon their departure.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Being fluent in English and any additional language is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation.
  • A friendly, outgoing behavior, able to involve and support operation
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
