Hostess

A premium fine dining restaurant in Qatar is seeking an experienced and well-presented Hostess to be the welcoming face of the venue and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will be poised, service-driven, and passionate about hospitality, delivering warm and professional guest interactions in an elegant, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and introducing service staff.
• Maintain an accurate waitlist and communicate seating updates effectively.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with courtesy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with the service team, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at the reception and entrance areas.
• Uphold the restaurant’s image of luxury, elegance, and exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or front-of-house training is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Hostess or in a similar guest-facing role within a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Guest-focused, courteous, and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer applications.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
