Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Charlotte, NC, for a Hostess at Morton's The Steakhouse. The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, maintaining organized seating arrangements, and ensuring a positive dining experience from the beginning of the guest's visit. Additional responsibilities include answering phones, managing inquiries, and coordinating with the dining room staff to ensure a seamless flow of operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Experience with Reservations systems and the ability to manage seating arrangements effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members
• Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and attentiveness
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment and handle guest needs promptly
• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
