Job Summary
The Lobby Hostess is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for clients, visitors, and potential buyers at real estate offices, showrooms, or residential buildings. She supports the sales and customer service teams by managing front-desk interactions and ensuring a smooth visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients, investors, and visitors warmly upon arrival
• Assist walk-in clients and guide them to available sales agents or consultants
• Manage appointment schedules and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper check-in procedures
• Provide basic information about property projects, amenities, and offers
• Offer refreshments to guests and ensure a high level of hospitality
• Handle incoming calls and general inquiries professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, reception, and showroom areas
• Support marketing events, property launches, and open house activities
• Coordinate with security and administration for smooth operations

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• as hotess : 2 years (Preferred)
• Dubai: 2 years (Preferred)
