Hostess Cashier

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic experienced to join our dynamic team. As a Hostess you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their seating promptly and enjoyably. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet events, including arranging tables and serving areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate efficient seating and address any guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including clearing tables after guests have finished their meals.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
• Help with basic food orders via telephone and online orders
• Provide exceptional guest services by being attentive to guest needs and responding promptly to requests.

Skills

• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and banquet service is a plus.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and provide outstanding guest experiences.
