Hostess – RIYADH (Chinese National)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Hostess to join our team for an upcoming event in Riyadh. The role requires a Chinese national to represent our company during the event. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to provide exceptional guest service. This is a short-term, event-based position from 10-13 November.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the event venue.
• Escort guests to their designated areas, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
• Answer guest questions and provide information about the event as needed.
• Ensure the event space is organized and welcoming.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the event.
• Assist in coordinating guest flow to ensure smooth operations during the event.
• Report any issues or special requests from guests to the event coordinator.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Chinese National only (as per event requirement).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong communication skills in English (ability to communicate with a diverse group of people).
• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be available to work event hours (10-13 November).
• A valid Iqama is mandatory for this position.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 1 professional picture must be attached with the application.
