Hostess/Waitress

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm, professional, and fashion-forward demeanor in line with the brand image
• Manage reservations via phone, in-person, and online platforms
• Coordinate table assignments while considering flow, guest preferences, and server rotations
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus
• Manage guest waiting lists and inform guests of approximate wait times
• Handle special requests, VIP bookings, and dietary needs with care and confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Promote upcoming events, specials, and signature offerings
• Handle guest feedback and resolve minor complaints, escalating to management when necessary
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, café, or hospitality environment preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus
• Proficient in POS systems
• High level of personal grooming and fashion sense
• Calm under pressure with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
