Host/Hostess

Coltivare is seeking a friendly and organized Host/ToGo Host to join our team. This position will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service, as well as assisting in completing order taking, packaging, and hand off.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Greeting every guest as they walk in the door and as each person leaves
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to maximize comfort and profitability
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area and togo area
- Answer phone calls, take togo orders, and enter togo orders for all guests
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and all other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Provide guests with extensive menu knowledge when ordering over the phone

SKILLS INCLUDE
- Experience or desire to learn about guest services in a restaurant setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and kindly
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team
- Knowledge of food service procedures and POS systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $20.00 per hour
