Host/Hostess

Job Description

As a Host/Hostess you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, environment to deliver the best dining experience to our guests by:

Greeting guests in a friendly and inviting manner
Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume
Accurately seat guests according to wait times and special needs
Maintaining the entry area, host stand and menus
Assisting service and bar staff
Communicating with staff and management to ensure that guest's expectations are exceeded
Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest
Always sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
Complete side work and any additional projects at the discretion of management
