Host/Hostess

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a hospitality setting.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a welcoming smile and provide them with menus
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable

- Bussing and resetting clean tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle guest relations professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
