JOB SUMMARY: Handles all aspects of to-go and curbside orders, ensuring orders are accurate, well-packaged, and delivered to guests with care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take and confirm phone, online, and third party (Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc.) orders.
- Package food neatly and accurately following all packaging standards
- Manage curbside and front-of-house pickup.
- Handle cash and card payment transactions accurately and thank guests.
