Hot and Cold Sole Pouring Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate hot sole pouring machines (PU/TPU/PVC) and cold sole pouring machines as per given instructions.
• Prepare molds, raw materials, and chemicals for the pouring process.
• Ensure correct mixing ratio of chemicals and materials.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and machine settings during production.
• Identify and resolve minor machine issues, reporting major problems to maintenance.
• Inspect produced soles for quality, finishing, and defects.
• Maintain cleanliness of molds, machines, and working area.
• Follow safety guidelines for handling chemicals and heated equipment.
• Record daily production data and report to supervisor.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of footwear sole materials (PU, PVC, EVA, Rubber).
• Familiarity with hot and cold pouring machinery.
• Ability to read and follow production instructions.
• Physically fit to handle molds and raw materials.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (preferred).

Qualification:

• Matriculation or Technical Diploma (preferred).

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
