Responsibilities:
Sets up the tray line, assembles and serves meals. May also prepare salads, desserts, beverages and other miscellaneous food items. Occasionally, may deliver meal trays to patient rooms and nursing units. Stocks reach-in-coolers, condiment stations, and workstations with proper items. Maintains cleanliness of work area.
Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Six (6) months of Food Service experience.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED

Must be able to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions.

Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Demonstrated knowledge of common diet modifications.

Current BLS card (CPR). Class will be provided upon hire.
Work Hours:: 6:30a-6:30p Weekend Requirements:: Yes- Rotating Basis On-Call Requirements:: No
