Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in planning, developing, and executing menu items that align with our brand vision.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Monitor inventory, manage food costs, and support procurement processes.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to new recipe development, seasonal menus, and specialty coffee pairings.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- At least 5 years proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in the F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine and specialty coffee pairings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP procedures.
