Hot Kitchen Sous Chef

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning, developing, and executing menu items that align with our brand vision.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Monitor inventory, manage food costs, and support procurement processes.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to new recipe development, seasonal menus, and specialty coffee pairings.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • At least 5 years proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in the F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international cuisine and specialty coffee pairings.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP procedures.
