What You’ll Be Doing:

• Represent buyers and sellers throughout the Lafayette, Youngsville, Broussard, and Acadiana area.
• Guide clients through the full real estate process with care and confidence
• Use team-provided tools and resources to manage transactions smoothly
• Attend weekly team meetings, trainings, and masterminds
• Create an exceptional experience for your clients—start to finish

Who We’re Looking For:

• A licensed real estate agent (or actively pursuing your license)
• Hungry to grow, open to coaching, and ready to work in a fast-moving team
• Strong communication skills and a love for helping people
• Comfortable using tech tools, CRM systems, and social media (we’ll train you!)
• A positive attitude, high integrity, and desire to build something long-term

• Have experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service
• Are active on social media or enjoy content creation

Compensation:

Commission-based with uncapped earning potential. Average first-year agents on our team earn $70K–$100K+.
