Real Estate Title Researcher (Camden/Burlington/Gloucester)

Overview: As a Title Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis of property records to ensure the accuracy and completeness of title information. This position requires traveling to Camden County, Burlington County, Gloucester County and potentially surrounding counties in New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• Researching Public Records
• Analyze property records
• Summarize Deeds, Mortgages, Judgment and Liens
• Organize, Compile and Abstract Research Results

Qualifications:

• Real estate experience preferred, not required
• Must be detail-minded and task oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Responsible and timely
• Clear and confident communication skills via phone and email.
• Proficient in logic-based problem-solving.
• Flexible and quick to adapt to change.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer programs.
• Dependable means of transportation and comfortable with extended periods of driving
• Proximity to a NJ County Courthouse is a bonus
• Passion for reading is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,320.00 - $43,890.00 per year
