Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and well-stocked throughout service
• Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly, attentive service to enhance their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, utensils, and food stations, adhering to food safety standards
• Replenish supplies such as beverages, condiments, and utensils as needed to ensure smooth service flow
• Support food preparation tasks including slicing fruits, assembling breakfast plates, and managing simple cooking duties under supervision
• Clear tables promptly after guests finish eating, bussing dishes efficiently to keep the area tidy .

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and dietary accommodations
• Strong communication skills with a friendly phone etiquette for guest interactions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning
• Experience with POS systems such as Micros or Aloha POS is a plus
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality operations enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest relations
• Basic knife skills, food preparation techniques, and understanding of food safety standards are beneficial
