Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring food quality and presentation meet high standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and buffet stations
• Assist with food handling, cooking, and meal preparation to deliver fresh and delicious options for guests
• Restock supplies, replenish food items, and manage inventory to keep the breakfast service running smoothly
• Buss tables, clear dishes, and support guest relations by providing friendly and attentive service
• Follow food safety protocols and dietary guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment for all guests

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Kitchen experience with skills in food preparation, cooking, is advantageous
• Experience in banquet service or hotel hospitality roles demonstrates strong guest relations skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and dietary accommodations ensures quality service for diverse guest needs
• Customer service background with excellent communication skills is essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Previous roles involving bussing, cleaning, or host/hostess duties provide a solid foundation for this position
• Must have or obtain a Utah Food Handler's card
