Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally

Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests

Provide outstanding guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to meet guest expectations

Foster positive guest relations by anticipating needs and offering personalized assistance throughout their stay

Experience

Prior experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts is highly desirable

Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests are a strong plus

Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency in this role

Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor

Experience in guest relations, hotel experience, or resort environments is preferred to excel in this lively setting
