Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at Motel 6 Roseville. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with excellent service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and handle inquiries with professionalism.
  • Manage reservations and ensure accurate guest information is recorded.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them efficiently.
  • Perform night audits as required to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of hospitality management principles is beneficial.
