Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our facility to our guests and patients. You will be checking in guests throughout their visit and helping to ensure a good customer experience. You will also be tracking all patient accounts and working to resolve issues.

Requirements:
·Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
·Preferred 1-2 years customer service experience, but not required.
·Must have exceptional customer service skills.
·Must have exceptional patience while handling problems that arise.
·Must have exceptional organizational skills.
·Must have exceptional record-keeping skills.
·Must have exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn our automated system quickly.

Responsibilities:
·Greet guests arriving to the facility.
·Answer phone and direct calls accordingly.
·Book appointments and provide information to patients about their treatment options including counseling services, methadone maintenance, and treatment progress itself.
·Provide information to patients about their scheduled appointments and check-ins.
·Record all patient accounts on our medical records in a timely manner consistent with Hotel policies.
·Ensure consistent communication between staff regarding patient schedules, appointments, etc..
·Assist in patient scheduling via telehealth when available.
·Assist in patient tracking throughout the day as needed. Including counting cash at check-ins and collecting payments etc..
·Assist in patient communications throughout the day as needed. Including sharing patient stories and promoting our brand awareness.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.90 - $17.50 per hour
