We are currently seeking a customer‑focused, energetic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. Experience with Marriott, IHG, or Best Western brands is a plus—but not required. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and create a welcoming experience
• Handle check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations
• Answer guest inquiries and offer helpful local recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist guests with transportation, dining options, and other requests
• Support daily front desk operations, reports, and checklists
• Perform night audit duties and data entry as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Comfortable using phone systems and hotel software
• Strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated to provide excellent service
• Bi-lingual
