Hotel Front Desk Associate

Comfort Suites at Par 4 Resort is looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team environment, we’d love to meet you!

Waupaca, WI

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
• Handle payments and ensure billing accuracy
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Assist with Marketplace restocking
• Wash, dry and fold linens
• Resolve guest concerns in a professional and positive manner

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with computers and learning reservation systems
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
