Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
• Handle guest requests promptly, addressing concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information using hotel management software.
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting.
• Provide comprehensive guest services, including concierge assistance, local recommendations, and problem resolution.
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming environment.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively.
• Experience in front desk duties within hotels or resorts, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for smooth communication flow.
• Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with resort environments and guest services to enhance the overall guest experience.
