What You’ll Do:

As our Front Desk Manager, you’ll be the key contact for our guests and front desk team alike, ensuring smooth and exceptional service at every touchpoint. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring efficiency and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Managing and training front desk staff, promoting a high standard of guest care and team camaraderie.
• Addressing guest concerns, accommodating special requests, and managing any escalations to ensure a memorable experience.
• Ensuring accurate reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, supporting seamless transitions for all guest stays.
• Working closely with hotel management to maintain operational standards and contribute to guest satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hospitality management, ideally with front desk or customer service leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with hotel reservation systems and customer service best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, especially during peak periods and weekends.
