Develop and manage the pre-opening budget, including operational, marketing, and manpower costs.

Work with the sales & marketing team to launch pre-opening campaigns and PR initiatives.
Operations Readiness

Ensure licenses, permits, and statutory compliances are in place.

Establish vendor contracts, supply chain, and inventory management systems.

Set up IT systems, PMS, POS, and accounting systems for smooth functioning.

Conduct trial runs, soft opening, and operational audits before the official launch.
Post-Opening

Drive commercial performance to achieve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability targets.
