Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel General Manager located in Fort Mill, SC. The Hotel General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, manage budgets, supervise staff, and coordinate with team members to maintain high service standards. Responsibilities will also include fostering a positive environment, implementing business strategies, managing food and beverage services, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
  • Experience in General Management and Business Management with strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Service with a proven ability to foster guest satisfaction and address concerns effectively
  • Strong Budgeting skills to manage financial operations and optimize revenue
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including inventory management and ensuring compliance with health standards
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to inspire and lead teams in a dynamic hospitality environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in hotel management is strongly encouraged
