Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment. Your dedication to cleanliness and hospitality will help create memorable stays for our guests and uphold the reputation of our property.

Duties

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform detailed floor care to ensure spotless surfaces
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens
• Support team efforts in deep cleaning projects and special event preparations

Skills

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services, with a strong understanding of hospitality standards
• Expertise in cleaning techniques, including floor care, dusting, polishing, and sanitation practices
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and safety procedures
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure every corner meets cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively
• Experience in housekeeping management is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities
