Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure impeccable standards of hygiene and presentation
• Change bed linens, make beds, vacuum carpets, dust surfaces, and mop floors with precision and efficiency
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and supplies to enhance guest comfort
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain safety standards
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to uphold health regulations and environmental standards
• Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Support team members during busy periods by sharing responsibilities for cleaning tasks across the property

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments—hotel experience is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing surfaces
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to maximize efficiency and quality
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail
