Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to meet hotel standards
• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of hallways and public spaces
• Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly
• Handle janitorial tasks efficiently by disposing of trash, cleaning windows, and ensuring all areas are tidy and inviting
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and use cleaning equipment responsibly
• Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to appropriate departments for prompt resolution
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality in all interactions with guests and team members
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Skills

• Experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality or industrial setting
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards for guest service excellence
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on hygiene and safety standards
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond to guest requests promptly
• Experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
