Duties

• Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet established cleanliness standards
• Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces pristine
• Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle janitorial tasks efficiently, including waste removal and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure quick resolution
• Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for easy access and safety

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet maintenance
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safety procedures is a plus
• Prior housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required
