Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas following established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor care techniques.
• Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly for resolution.
• Follow safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and cleaning equipment operation.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality service.
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards is a plus.
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
