Hotel Maintenance

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Maintenance personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and keeping rooms in condition aligned with Hilton standards to ensure smooth operations within the facility.

Duties

· Perform routine maintenance tasks at the hotel.

· Conduct repairs using various tools and techniques.

· Troubleshoot and repair HVAC(PTAC) systems.

· Maintain various areas as needed.

· Carry out preventative maintenance tasks in all areas of the hotel.

· Prioritizing projects and work orders.

· Completing work orders on maintenance tickets and ensuring Out of Order rooms are resolved and returned to inventory each day

· Understanding of all emergency procedures.

· Routine checks of all systems, and equipment.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in maintenance or hotel engineering.

· Knowledge and familiarity with HVAC systems.

· Strong problem-solving skills, resolution ideas, and attention to detail.

· Ability to use power tools.

· Experience with spackling, painting, caulking, equipment repair.

· Knowledge of names of materials and supplies, and ability to locate them for ordering

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
• Hotel: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)
• Spanish (Preferred)
