What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you’ll help keep our property in top shape for our guests and associates. This is an entry-level role—think of it more like a hotel handyman, not an engineer behind a computer. Your daily responsibilities may include:

• Handling basic repairs and responding to service calls quickly
• Changing lightbulbs, replacing air filters, and fixing small equipment
• Helping maintain pools, pumps, and filters
• Cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas such as parking lots and walkways
• Supporting the team with preventative maintenance tasks and keeping logs updated
• Assisting with room calls (like HVAC adjustments, minor fixes, or TV setup)

What We’re Looking For:

• A dependable, hands-on worker with a high work ethic and initiative
• Basic repair skills and willingness to learn more on the job
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, sometimes in hot or cold conditions
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, push carts, and safely use ladders
• Someone flexible with scheduling to meet the needs of the hotel

Pay: $27.20 - $33.20 per hour
