Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial maintenance and possess a strong mechanical knowledge base. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of hotel facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and general maintenance tasks. The Hotel Maintenance Engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment, ensuring guest satisfaction through efficient maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, including HVAC/R systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building upkeep.
• Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLC) for equipment control and automation tasks.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards in all maintenance activities
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff while addressing maintenance requests promptly.
• Analyze schematics to understand system layouts for effective troubleshooting and repair.
• Maintain outdoor pool including chemical levels and cleaning

Requirements

• Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or hotel maintenance engineer with a strong background in mechanical knowledge and industrial maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC/R units.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, both high voltage and low voltage, along with industrial electrician experience preferred.
• Excellent analysis skills coupled with a commitment to safety standards in all work performed.
