Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineer to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. Duties

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems (including high voltage), and mechanical components using schematics and precision measuring instruments.
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment such as scissor lifts, industrial welders (including <LOCATION> welding), and other field service tools to facilitate repairs across the property.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks efficiently.
• Conduct safety checks on low voltage electrical systems, high voltage circuits, and industrial electrician components to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with vendors or technical sales representatives for equipment upgrades or parts procurement while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Assist with emergency repairs or urgent maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime and guest disruption.

Experience

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing facilities or similar environments is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial mechanics, welding (including <LOCATION> welding), hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and schematics interpretation.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), analysis skills for troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues, and use of measurement tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
• Prior experience working with CMMS platforms or similar maintenance management software is preferred.
• Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems, high voltage safety protocols, and industrial electrician practices is essential.
• Experience working in a field service capacity or within a military or manufacturing setting will be considered advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English combined with strong customer service orientation are necessary to effectively coordinate with team members and vendors.
