Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Responsible for maintaining the facilities and grounds.

1. Inspect guest rooms to determine if any areas need attention.

2. Maintain the hotel grounds and building exteriors. Must know plumbing and painting.

3. Develop and maintain programs to assure that the quality criteria are met.

4. Ensure routine preventative maintenance on swimming pool, laundry equipment, heating and air conditioning units, ice machines, fire extinguishers, fire/smoke alarms and plumbing are performed as required by the manufacturer and in accordance with the warranty specifications.

5. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest special requests.

6. Communicate changes in room status to the front office.

7. Carry out any reasonable request by management that I am capable of performing.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
