Maintain safe and smooth-running physical hotel property and grounds.

Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.

· Perform repairs and preventive maintenance for all areas of the property.

· A variety of plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, light carpentry, painting, and HVAC system repairs.

· Develop, implement, and monitor programs to ensure a safe facility and work environment in compliance with all appropriate regulations: ergonomic, emergency response, and injury prevention.

· Keep detailed records and reports.

· Provide ongoing training to Maintenance team members.

· Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.

We seek self-motivated, organized team members with these qualifications.

· Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills, with ability to handle all aspects of Hotel maintenance

· Knowledge of building maintenance, including minor electrical repair, and plumbing

· Ability to speak, write, and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in the repairs and maintenance of the hotel, accomplish the preventative maintenance program as directed and support repair and renovation projects.

The ideal candidate will love the look and quality presentation of all hotel facilities, be detail oriented, preferably with facility maintenance experience be incredibly friendly, customer centric, love to smile and have FUN in a team environment Administers the preventative maintenance program as required, properly completing work orders on time. Completes training regarding safety, security, department procedures and service guidelines. Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Reports appropriate complaints or requests to appropriate department. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintains security of equipment, keys and supplies issued each day. Reports lost and found articles and needed repairs of unsafe conditions to supervisor. Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
