Job Title: Reservation Manager/Front Office Manager/Housekeeper

Reports To: General Manager
* Reservation Manager:
The Reservation Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the resort’s reservations department to maximize room revenue and occupancy while ensuring excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the reservations department ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all bookings.
- Manage online and offline reservation channels (OTA, website, travel agents, direct bookings).
- Ensure timely responses to guest inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Monitor occupancy trends and adjust rates or allocations accordingly.
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with Sales and Front Office.
- Ensure all guest requests and preferences are recorded and communicated to
- Ensure all reservation data is updated and accurate in the Property Management System (PMS).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in hotel or resort reservations,
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi, or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Experience working in a luxury or boutique resort environment.
- Knowledge of Goa’s hospitality booking trends.
* Front Office Manager:
The Front Office Manager oversees all front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest service from arrival to departure. This role requires exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all front office operations including reception, guest services, reservations, and concierge.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and schedule front office staff to deliver excellent service and maintain professional standards.
- Handle guest complaints, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Oversee night audit processes and ensure accurate reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficiency in hotel management software.
* Housekeeper :
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas of the resort. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a welcoming and spotless environment that enhances the guest experience. This role demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Staffs to Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens and amenities.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean and orderly condition.
- Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and supplies safely.
- Check all rooms before guest arrival to ensure readiness and presentation standards.
- Handle guest requests courteously and promptly.
- Adhere to the resort’s hygiene, safety, and security policies.
- Assist in cleaning public areas, corridors, and back-of-house spaces when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school education or equivalent; certification in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
- Prior experience in housekeeping within a resort or hotel environment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
