Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospital Manager to oversee operations at 4-star and above properties. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in hotel management, a strong understanding of guest services, and the ability to lead teams efficiently. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the specified locations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
Oversee daily operations of the Hotel/Hospitals to ensure smooth functioning and high standards of service.
Manage front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other hotel departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, hotel standards, and legal regulations.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead, train, and mentor department heads and staff to achieve operational excellence.
Foster a culture of guest satisfaction, teamwork, and professionalism.
Financial & Performance Management
Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue to achieve financial targets.
Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and departmental performance.
Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Guest Experience & Quality Control
Maintain high standards of guest services and ensure timely resolution of guest complaints.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Innovate and implement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
