Hotel Manager, One&Only One Za'abeel 1 (ID: 19820)

We are seeking a Hotel Manager to join One&Only One Za'abeel, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role holds full operational responsibility for all rooms divisions, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Spa, and Recreation, with a clear focus on driving both commercial performance and service excellence across the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day operations of the property, ensuring consistent delivery of guest experience standards while meeting financial and operational targets.
• Actively manage performance through key metrics, balancing occupancy, rate, cost control, and productivity; identify opportunities to maximize revenue and improve profitability.
• Establish and maintain rigorous service standards, ensuring consistency across all guest touchpoints and driving continuous improvement through feedback, audits, and operational reviews.
• Work closely with department heads to embed a culture of accountability, attention to detail, and pride in delivery.
• Shape the overall direction of the hotel alongside the General Manager and senior leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and ensuring alignment between operational execution and business goals.
• Build strong cross functional relationships, particularly with Food & Beverage and Sales, to deliver a seamless and commercially sound guest experience.
• Inspire and develop teams, building strong departmental leaders and ensuring high levels of engagement, capability, and succession readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a similar role within luxury hospitality, with strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver measurable business results.
• Solid understanding of Forbes Five Star standards and experience in maintaining and elevating luxury service benchmarks.
• Confident leadership presence, sound judgement, and ability to balance exceptional guest experience with financial performance.
