Hotel Night Auditor

Job Summary
Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure our guests experience seamless service throughout the night. In this dynamic role, you will oversee overnight front desk operations, manage guest accounts, and provide exceptional guest services while maintaining the safety and security of the property. Your proactive approach, hospitality expertise, and required OPERA PMS experience will help create a welcoming and efficient environment for all guests during the late hours. This position will be utilized at two properties and requires flexibility to work between both locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours
• Manage guest accounts, process payments, and handle billing inquiries accurately and efficiently
• Conduct nightly audits of hotel transactions to ensure financial accuracy and reporting integrity
• Utilize OPERA PMS to complete night audit procedures, balance reports, and update reservations
• Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, or emergencies with professionalism and effective problem-solving skills
• Answer multi-line phone systems with professional etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts

Experience & Qualifications

• Required: Prior experience using OPERA PMS (Property Management System)
• Proven experience in hotel operations, preferably in a front desk or night audit role
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and creating memorable experiences
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on guest interaction and phone etiquette
• Previous experience in resort or similar hospitality environments is advantageous
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
