Hotel Night Auditor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. This position involves managing front desk operations, performing night audits, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a background in hotels, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
• Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring proper phone etiquette at all times.
• Assist with guest relations to enhance their experience at the hotel.
• Collaborate with other departments & shifts prior to your own, to ensure seamless operations throughout the night.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel night auditing is preferred.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and computer software related to hotel operations.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior experience in front desk operations or guest services is required.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
