Hotel Night Auditor

We are seeking an experienced Night Auditor to join our team. This position is responsible for the front desk operations during the overnight shift while completing daily financial reconciliations and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit and reconcile all daily transactions
• Balance room revenue, cash drawer, and credit card reports
• Prepare and distribute daily revenue and occupancy reports
• Check in late arrivals and assist overnight guests
• Ensure property safety and security during overnight hours
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping and management regarding daily reports

Requirements

• Previous hotel Night Audit experience required
• Knowledge of hotel PMS systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently overnight
• Must be available weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
