Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures during overnight hours
• Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Maintain security by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting patrols around the property, and managing access control for staff and visitors
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers between shifts
• Support guest relations by providing personalized service that enhances overall guest experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in resort or hotel environments
• Strong knowledge of night audit procedures, guest services, and hotel management systems
• Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining composure during busy periods
• Familiarity with hotel security protocols, CCTV surveillance, and access control measures
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced hospitality setting with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution
