Hotel Over Night Front Desk Clerk - Part time

Overview

Must be able to work 11PM - 7AM on Friday and Saturday evening.

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Over Night Front Desk Clerk (Night Audit) to join our team on a part-time basis at the Sonesta ES Suites Goodyear. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services during overnight hours, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued to assist a diverse clientele and enhance guest relations.

Duties

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities
• Conduct night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and recordkeeping
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of customer service
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest safety, privacy, and security

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and utilize hotel management software effectively
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Knowledge of hotel management practices, including night audit procedures and guest relations
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
