Hotel Receptionist

  • Bonus hotel front desk experience.
  • Weekend and holiday availability is required.
  • Microsoft Word
  • Sending professional email correspondence
  • Using search engines for reservations and guest inquiries
  • Checking in guests, creating invoices, and managing online bookings
  • Active listening to understand guests’ needs
  • Ability to read nonverbal cues to gauge guest satisfaction
  • Customer service skills – professional, friendly, and attentive during check-in, check-out, and guest requests.
  • Problem-solving ability – able to identify and resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
