Hotel Receptionist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist at LOKAL Rooms in DHA, Karachi. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for carrying out receptionist duties, managing reservations, maintaining phone etiquette, and ensuring effective communication with guests and staff on a daily basis.

Your Role

• Ensure an excellent guest service experience from the point of arrival, throughout the duration of stay, to point of departure
• Execute end-to-end check in and out procedures, make reservations and complete administrative tasks such as filing, key management and maintaining room bills ensuring prompt payments
• Communicate with the housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure prompt responses to guests needs
• Address guests' queries and concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor and update daily reports and files and other records requested by management
• Assist in planning hotel events, meetings and in-house staff engagement activities or special projects, as required
• Follow security and safety standards at all times

Your Expertise

• 2+ year experience in front desk office, reservations or guest relations department of a hotel / guesthouse/ club/ resort is preferred
• Good interpersonal skills and communication across all levels
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and booking systems
• Diploma or certification in Hotel Management or related field

Location: DHA Phase 7 Ext., Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
